some of these countries literally kill you for being gay or leaving the religion. thats not extremist thats just the actual law. good luck building a democracy out of that

lol the bible says stone people for working sunday, church ran actual torture chambers for 500 years. every old religion is brutal on paper nobody follows it like that anymore

turkey, indonesia, bosnia, albania, hundreds of millions of muslims living in normal secular countries but sure lets pretend they dont exist because it ruins your point
